Sponsor plans for your community

Note: Plan prices and terms subject to change without notice.  PMC will honor existing written agreements with Sponsor to original or current price and terms, whichever is lower.

Plan 1

Plan 1 is designed for the smaller classes at an affordable price

Minimum Students - 15 students per course

Minimum Course Hours - 12

Available Courses - Your choice     (minimum 15 students per course)

Cost -   $ 45 per student per 4 hour course

Plan 2

Plan 2 is designed for the medium size class and is very popular because the Sponsor will receive not less than $1,000 in revenue sharing!   

Minimum Students - 24

Minimun Course Hours -  16

Available Courses - Your choice     (minimum 24 students per course)

Cost - $ 45 per student per 4 hour course

Plan 3

Plan 3 is designed to provide unlimited parameters for number of students by offering a 'flat fee' option to the Sponsor.  This plan allows the Sponsor to offer 'in house' education at reduces fees or no fee at all!  It is also designed for large classes where the Sponsor desires to retain ALL revenue minus the flat fee to PMC.      NOTE  - the reduced flat fee for additional course hours beyond the minimum 16 hours.

Minimum Students - NONE

Minimum Course Hours - 16

Available Courses - Your choice

Cost - $200 per course hour (minimum 16 hours)

           $150 per course hour for 17+ hours

Sponsor and Provider obligations

Sponsor agrees to:

     Provide adequate course facility to present courses

     Provide PMC a completed student roster for each course

     Collect and retain all course fees

     Remit 50% of minimum course fees to PMC two weeks prior to presenting courses

     Balance of course fees due PMC are to be paid upon course completion

PMC agrees to:

     Provide written agreement for services for Sponsor approval

     Provide all equipment, material, outlines

     Provide sample flyer for Sponsor to use to promote courses

     Provide Completion Certificates to students taking courses for CE credit

     Submit certified CE Course Completion form to Idaho Real Estate Commission

     Send revenue sharing proceeds (Plan 2) to Sponsor within 14 days after courses are completed
