Idaho requires 90 hours of education to secure a salesperson license.  The 90 hours is divided between two 45 hour courses.  These courses are known as Module 1 and Module 2. 

Although PMC is a certified provider, the certified instructor, Chuck Byers, usually instructs either one or both of the two courses with other real estate schools. 

PMC is also certified to provide Brokerage Management and the Business Conduct and Office Operations (BCOO) courses but Chuck usually contracts with other schools to instruct the course at their facilities.
