The founder, Chuck Byers, created the company to go 'outside the box' by offering certified real estate courses for real estate license renewal and taking them 'On The Road' to rural areas of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
The concept is Win, Win, Win.

Chuck has been the recipient of various designations and awards over his 35+ years of real estate experience as an owner/broker, real estate school director, author, and trainer/coach. He holds the Braduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Internet Professional (e-PRO) designations from the National Associatoin of REALTORS©.
Awards have included REALTOR Of The Year (Oregon), Instructor Of The Year (Idaho), and past regional Vice-President and board director for Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). Chuck has also authored various articles and most recently, the Idaho Real Estate Handbook.
As a certified instructor, Chuck is approved to teach both pre-license and broker courses as well as continuing educaiton courses for real estate license renewal. He is also an approved instructor for the EPA course, Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting for contractor certification.
